BNTU in the photos: highlights of 2022. Part 2

БНТУ в фото: яркие моменты 2022 года. Часть 2

In the first part of the material "BNTU in photos", we recalled the most striking events of the first half of 2022. The second half of the year is next.

July

The hot July season was opened by a significant award for our country – the first places in the Russian Open weightlifting championship, which were earned by BNTU students. Meanwhile, the hospitality of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian National Technical University, in particular, was appreciated by foreign students who came to the Summer School. The month ended with the fact that 2594 applicants became BNTU students after the announcement of the results on enrollment to the budget form of education.

August

The last month of summer began with a slight nostalgia for the student years, because the university was visited by graduates of 1980. Before the start of the academic year, the results of the admission campaign – 2022 were traditionally summed up. In addition, the wellness season at the summer camp “Polytechnic” was officially closed.

September

The start of a new school year is a very important event, so a report from the solemn meeting will allow you to relieve this moment. The “Polyquest”, beloved by many generations of students, helped the first-year students to get acquainted with the university. The Belarusian Republican Youth Union celebrated its anniversary in the same month.

October

This month, the annual competition "Battle of Faculties" once again determined its winner, handing over the champion's cup to new owners. Also, the Confucius Institute for Science and Technology of the BNTU celebrated the eighth anniversary since its foundation. At the end of the month, the Belarusian National Technical University learned the name of “The student of the year”.

November

The third month of autumn can be rightfully considered the month of returns, because it was in November that such cult events as the "Polytech Squad Cup", "Our house is our hostel" and the youth forum "Student Shift" returned to the BNTU.

December

The Forum of Engineering and Technological Universities was held in an updated format. Traditionally, our alma mater celebrates its birthday in December. The year 2022 ended beautifully and elegantly with the Christmas Ball of BNTU students.

This was our year 2022: bright, interesting and memorable. On the eve of the new year 2023, we want to wish our students not only academic success, but also new amazing moments that they will remember with a smile and joy in their soul.

Go ahead, become bolder and more confident in yourself, and the Belarusian National Technical University will help you in all your endeavors. Happy New Year, dear students!
