On the last Sunday of September, the Republic of Belarus celebrates Machine Building Day — a professional holiday for workers and engineers in one of the key sectors of the national economy.
BNTU Vice-Rector for Research Ksenia Yakushenko and Dean of the Automotive and Tractor Faculty Sergey Skirkovsky presented the university's experience during the event's business program.
A total of 29 students applied for the selection. During the casting, the participants presented their achievements in the scientific, creative, sports, and public spheres, demonstrating a high level of preparation and a desire to make a personal contribution to the development of university life.

Alina Koltovich—a 2015 graduate of the Automotive and Tractor Faculty at the Belarusian National Technical University (specializing in Tractor Engineering) and a Master of Technical Sciences—is a shining example of the fact that engineering is not just a profession, but a calling.
At the "University of the Future" site, BNTU representatives showcased the scientific and technical developments of their faculties and organized thematic and interactive zones for event guests.
The visit resulted in the signing of an agreement on the establishment of a joint scientific laboratory "Laboratory of Electric and Autonomous Vehicles" with the Faculty of Automotive Engineering.
