In 2001, the construction department of BNTU was the first in the Republic of Belarus to begin training specialists in the field of real estate.
Graduates of the specialty “Real Estate Expertise and Management” (qualification “real estate engineer”) can work:
in state and local real estate authorities, in agencies for the assessment and purchase (sale) of real estate, including land plots;
in enterprises, banks, insurance companies and funds, where real estate constitutes a significant share of capital;
in investment and construction companies engaged in the construction, operation, repair and reconstruction of real estate at all stages of their life cycle.
