1. Employees of the Belarusian National Technical University - Ph.D. econ. Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Construction Organization and Real Estate Management Golubova O.S., Senior Lecturer Grechukhina E.A., Postgraduate Students of the Department Marinchik A.A. and Abakanov Zhaslan took part in absentia at the International Conference on Labor Standardization in the CIS member states in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent) on November 8-10, 2021. 2. Within the framework of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Engineering Business”, held by BNTU on December 1-2, 2021. a section “Organization and standardization of labor” was highlighted, at which specialists and scientists from the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan made presentations. 3. In 2021, a collection was published: Organization and regulation of labor 2020: recommendations, practical experience: a collection of scientific works. – Moscow: INFRA-M, 2021. – 174 p. With the publication of the article Golubova O.S., Grechukhina E.A. “Current areas of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel on labor standards in the Republic of Belarus and the CIS countries.” 4. Based on the results of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Engineering Business”, a collection of articles has been prepared and transferred to the BNTU library, which will contain scientific publications of conference participants on issues of organization and labor regulation. 5. As a result of the conference, the Resolution of the international conference (seminar) on labor standardization in the CIS member states was adopted on November 28-29, 2019
For the first time in the post-Soviet space, in 2014, Kazakhstan held an international seminar on the organization of labor standardization and increasing labor productivity in organizations of the CIS member states with the participation of representatives of the Ministries and businesses of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and a counselor from the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
With the development of market conditions for labor relations in world practice, the issue of human capital development comes first. Today, with the modernization of equipment and technical equipment of workplaces, the development of digital technologies, the development of new markets, the employer puts forward and imposes new requirements on the employee, expressed in active participation in the development of production, ensuring the quality of services provided, the presence of critical and creative thinking, self-improvement and skills apply acquired theoretical knowledge in practice.
Based on the results of the conference, we believe that we will continue to work together within the framework of the social partnership of Kazakhstan and the CIS member states to exchange experience in the field of vocational training, vocational guidance for youth and adults, bringing to a unified methodology of legal acts in the field of labor standards and qualifications systems, including forecasting and analysis demand, mutual recognition of qualifications and their “transparency”.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan expresses gratitude to the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation for presenting issues for discussion at the upcoming conference and requests assistance in the participation of interested representatives of the public sector and business in this Conference, to submit topics for speeches and seminar participants.
During the conference, problems of methodology, science and practice in the field of organization and labor regulation, issues of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in labor organization and regulation were discussed.

The result of the international scientific and practical conference “Organization and standardization of labor: science, education, practice” was the signing of a Resolution by representatives of basic organizations: the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus represented by the Belarusian National Technical University - the basic organization of the CIS member states for training, retraining, and advanced training of personnel on labor standardization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus represented by the Institution “Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus” - the basic organization of the CIS member states in the field of methodological, organizational and technical support for work in the field of labor standardization, and also the Advisory Council on Labor, Migration and Social Protection of the Population of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
