The conference was attended by researchers (9 doctors of science, 31 candidates of science, 12 graduate students, 16 master’s students, 56 students) from 5 countries (the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the People’s Republic of China) and 25 scientific, scientific- research organizations and educational institutions

The purpose of the  conference  is the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 217 of 06/05/2019 “On Construction Standards and Rules”, which provides for the development and implementation of new types of technical regulatory legal acts in construction and design - building codes (SN) and rules (SP).
New building codes and regulations are being developed in order to create a progressive system of technical regulation in the country, transition to flexible and simplified design standards that allow the use of modern technologies, solutions, and materials in construction.

Based on the results of the conference, a collection of conference materials will be published .
