Golubova O.S. via videoconference, she took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Labor Rationing in the CIS Member States: Problems and the Need for Improvement”. The forum is held in accordance with the Plan of main activities for the implementation of the Conceptual Framework for Cooperation between the Commonwealth countries in the field of labor regulation for 2021-2025.

The event was attended by representatives of state bodies, organizations in the field of labor of the CIS member states, members of the Advisory Council on labor, employment and social protection of the population of the Commonwealth member states, experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan , as well as representatives of the International Labor Organization, the Eurasian Economic Commission, scientific and research institutes, basic organizations of the CIS member states in the field of labor regulation.

BNTU represented by Golubova O.S. took part in the XXXV meeting of the Consultative Council on Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Population of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which was held in person in Yerevan, Armenia.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, IPA CIS, the Regional Alliance of Labor Inspection of the CIS Member States and Mongolia, the EEC, the General Confederation of Trade Unions, the Interstate Statistical Committee of the CIS, specialized basic organizations, the Coordinating Council of the International Union "Commonwealth of Public Organizations of Veterans (Pensioners) of Independent States", as well as a delegation of the CIS Executive Committee headed by Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee Beketzhan Zhumakhanov.

The meeting of the working group for the preparation of drafts of the Regulations and Rules of Work of the Public Council of the base organization in the field of methodological, organizational and technical support for work in the field of labor rationing and the base organization for the training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in labor rationing was held on May 26 at the CIS headquarters in Minsk. The meeting, which was held via videoconferencing, was attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, basic organizations for cooperation in the field of labor regulation, the CIS Executive Committee. During the meeting, the experts finalized the documents and decided to consider their approval in the working group format completed. At the suggestion of the Belarusian side, the project was supplemented with areas of activity of the Public Council, including the tariff regulation of labor (the development of national systems).

On October 28, 2021, the XXXIV meeting of the Consultative Council on labor, employment and social protection of the population of the CIS member states was held in the city of Nur-Sultan (Republic of Kazakhstan). The meeting was attended by representatives from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the General Confederation of Trade Unions, the Interstate Statistical Committee and the CIS Executive Committee.

From the Belarusian National Technical University Golubova O.S., Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Department, who presented information on the establishment of the Public Council of the base organization in the field of methodological, organizational and technical support of work in the field of labor regulation - institutions "Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" and the base organization for the training, retraining and advanced training of personnel on labor rationing - the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU).

Taking into account the Decision “On the results of the activities of the CIS sectoral cooperation bodies in 2020”, adopted at a joint meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Commonwealth Member States to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth and the Commission on Economic Affairs under the CIS Economic Council on March 29, 2021, at XXXIV meeting of the Consultative Council, it was decided to create a working group to prepare drafts of the Regulations and Rules of the Public Council of the base organization in the field of methodological, organizational and technical support for work in the field of labor rationing - the institution "Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" and the base organization for preparation,retraining and advanced training of personnel on labor rationing - Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU).
