В лаборатории имени Н. С. Сачко проходят практические занятия для учащихся инженерных классов

A practical lesson with students of engineering classes was held in the new Nikolai Sachko Laboratory "Organization of Production with a Digital Software Complex". The lesson was organized with the aim of early career guidance for schoolchildren and familiarization with modern approaches to managing production processes.

The topic of the lesson for 11th grade students of Gymnasium No. 37 in Minsk was "Developing a Business Plan for a Project. Determining the Costs of Producing a New Type of Product." The students learned the main steps involved in determining the costs of producing a new type of product, and they also participated in the production of a fuel pump.

The students were taught that production costs and the cost of goods are crucial economic concepts, and proper use and application of these concepts can help avoid mistakes and unjustified decisions.

– Knowing how to turn an engineering idea into an economically profitable product is a key skill of a modern specialist. Such classes help students see the full cycle: from the drawing to the business plan," said Kristina Shkarovskaya, Assistant Professor at the Department of Engineering Economics.

At the end of the lesson, the students thanked for the opportunity to learn the tools for real calculations.
