The meeting became an important step on the path to the successful integration of foreign students into university life

Teams from the faculties followed the routes indicated on the maps, completing tasks that tested their erudition, speed, and ability to work in a team.

The Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy hosted an event for first-year students titled "Flight 109–2026."

Preparation for the main event of the autumn at the Instrument-Making Faculty of BNTU began with a real creative brainstorm. The student activist group of the PSF gathered the first-year students for a meeting not just to get acquainted, but also to officially assign the topics for the upcoming "First-Year Student Day – 2026."

Students, staff, and creative groups of BNTU – together they created an atmosphere of celebration in which respect for history harmoniously combines with a focus on the future.

The speakers explained why the date of September 17 became a symbol of the unity of the Belarusian people and acquired the status of one of the main state holidays.

On September 4, first-year students of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Robotics attended the lecture-presentation “You Are a Student: How Studies Work.” FITR Student Council Chair Elizaveta Averyanova introduced students to the learning process, university opportunities, and key BNTU Student Council projects.

The faculty held a ceremonial event dedicated to the meeting of first-year students.

On August 15–16, 2026, the Faculty of Information Technologies and Robotics (FITR) of BNTU took part in the family festival “Bukids City of Professions” held at the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. At the faculty’s interactive area, children explored the profession of a programmer, controlled robots, solved logic tasks, learned the basics of algorithms, and tried their hand at programming. The festival provided a great opportunity for young participants to discover the world of IT and robotics in an engaging and playful way.

Two representatives of the PSF have simultaneously joined the leadership of the BNTU Student Council. Vladislav Fedorov and Elizaveta Khulup — about new challenges and big plans.

Maria chose a profession whose results last for decades, and today she confidently combines her studies, leadership of the student council of the Faculty of Construction, and plans for the future.
