The Belarusian National Technical University is famous for its vibrant creative life. The Culture Department of BNTU creates and maintains this unique atmosphere and is rightfully considered one of the country’s leading student cultural centres. Concert and educational activities are in full swing here, and talented young people find support for developing their abilities. The management is home to groups specializing in a wide variety of fields, and six of them hold the honorary title of “people’s.”
To ensure that every student can find an activity they enjoy, the department of culture holds traditional open‑day events. The events will take place from September 22 to September 25, from 10:00 to 17:00. The gathering place is choreographic hall No. 1, located at 37 Surganova Street.
This is a great opportunity for freshmen to immerse themselves in the university’s cultural life: to communicate in person with the leaders and participants of creative studios, to ask all the questions that interest them, and to choose a suitable direction. Some can try their hand at something completely new, while others can continue to pursue their favorite activity — but now on the big stage of BNTU.
The range of creative directions is truly impressive. The Polytechnic has created all the conditions for developing vocal skills, acting, dancing, and playing musical instruments. Thus, the following groups are opening their doors to new participants:
