The IPF Department summed up the results of the contest "The Best in the Working Profession"

На кафедре ИПФ подвели итоги конкурса «Лучший в рабочей профессии»

One of the economically in-demand specialties of the Engineering and Pedagogical Faculty is 6-05-0719-01 “Engineering and Pedagogical Activity”.

Traditionally, students studying in this specialty master blue-collar jobs, which is necessary to prepare them for future work as:

  • masters of industrial training in colleges;
  • engineer at an enterprise with a profile corresponding to the profile.

For reference . Every year, first- and second-year students majoring in Engineering and Pedagogical Activity (6-05-0719-01) complete the course "Industrial Training," where they master one vocational trade per year . These vocational trades are directly related to the students' respective fields of study, namely "Mechanical Engineering," "Construction," "Electric Power Engineering," and "Automotive Engineering." For example, students majoring in "Mechanical Engineering" master the vocational trade of "Assembly Mechanic" in their first year, and "CNC Machine Operator" in their second year. Students majoring in "Automotive Engineering" master the vocational trade of "Assembly Mechanic" in their first year, and "Automotive Maintenance and Repair Mechanic" in their second year. Since 2022, students in 5 out of 6 blue-collar professions have been studying at competence centers using a network-based approach.

the "Best in a Working Profession" competition is held for third-year students of the Department of Professional Training and Pedagogy at the Institute of Applied Physics. The competition is based on the results of:

  • studying the academic discipline “Industrial training” and completing two educational internships in specific working professions (1-2 years of study);
  • studying the academic discipline "Methodology of industrial training" and completing industrial (pedagogical 1) practice as a master of industrial training in colleges (3rd year of study).

In 2026, diplomas were awarded to 11 student winners of the "Best in a Working Profession" competition in three categories:

  • Mechanical assembly mechanic ” - Evgenia Sidlyarevich , Timur Syray , Anastasia Shevtsova;
  • " Automotive Maintenance and Repair Mechanic " - Polina Averianova, Arseniy Ganchlevsky , Alexander Novikov, Maria Rozumovskaya, Ulyana Kharchuk ;
  • " CNC Machine Operator " - Pavel Kornilov, Vladislav Lukin, Nikita Chizh.

When making a decision, the competition committee also took into account the characteristics of the college's industrial training master - the basis of industrial (pedagogical 1) practice, which he gave at an open lesson, planned and carried out by the student-competitor during the practice.
