On October 4, Chinese undergraduates visited the Bobruisk Air Club. The guys learned about the history of DOSAAF air clubs in Belarus, met experienced instructors and parachute athletes, watched how athletes train in the discipline of precision landing jumps, and most importantly - for the first time they climbed into the sky to a height of 2500 meters on the legendary An-2 aircraft and made their first tandem jump.
Half a minute of free fall (during which the tandem master and passenger perform acrobatic elements such as somersaults), followed by the opening of the parachute and the opportunity to control it under the instructor's guidance, and finally, a gentle landing.
There was a lot of excitement, hearts racing, and eyes shining!
