A key stage of the business program took place yesterday, July 30, as part of the official visit of the delegation of the Belarusian National Technical University to China. The main event of the day was the negotiations with the leadership of the high-tech corporation Sinomach Digital Technology.
We remind you that on Wednesday, July 29, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 admission campaign, a trilateral agreement was signed on the creation of a joint educational and practical base between BNTU, Nanjing University and Sinomach Digital Technology. This strategic step ensures that graduates of the new institute will have all the necessary competencies and practical experience to work in the industry of the future.
The visit of the BNTU delegation continued on July 30, where the main issue on the agenda was building practical cooperation with the enterprise. The main focus was on the organization of production practices for students of the joint Chinese-Belarusian Institute of Outstanding Engineers. Attracting such a large technology partner will allow future BNTU undergraduates to master advanced technologies and consolidate their skills directly in real production.
In the afternoon, the BNTU delegation visited the Sinomach Digital Technology production base, and also got acquainted with the work of the joint laboratory of the corporation and leading Chinese universities. Studying the technical equipment of these research centers will help the Belarusian side to implement the best international experience in creating its own modern laboratory base.
In addition, discussions with the leadership of Nanjing University continued during the visit. The participants of the meeting discussed the prospects for the development of the joint institute and the organization of the educational process with an emphasis on practice-oriented master's degree training. In order to make communication as effective as possible, the parties agreed to create a single joint website of the institute, which will become the main information platform for applicants during the admission campaign.
