Today, August 25, the admissions campaign continued at the Belarusian-Uzbek Interdisciplinary Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications (BIAT) in Tashkent.
As usual, representatives of BNTU participated in the campaign: SBUIAT Director Elena Khodan and Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation Pavel Shirvel. Entrance examinations for undergraduate and graduate programs were conducted jointly with the Institute's Admissions Committee.
As part of the campaign, personal consultations were also held with applicants and their families. The meetings were held in an open dialogue format: prospective students and their parents were able to ask questions, receive detailed explanations on all stages of the admissions process, and learn about their educational prospects.
Particular emphasis was placed on SBUMIPTK's status as a strategically important part of the BNTU educational system. This integration guarantees the training of specialists according to the uniform high standards of Belarus's leading technical university.
One of the main advantages presented to applicants was the two-stage education system. The first stage takes place directly in Tashkent, where students acquire a fundamental theoretical foundation and practical skills; the second stage involves continuing their education in Minsk, where graduates deepen their knowledge and receive a diploma from a prestigious Belarusian university.
This form of preparation allows students to smoothly adapt to the educational environment during the initial stage, ensures seamless continuity of curricula upon transfer to BNTU, and provides the opportunity to obtain an internationally recognized diploma.
A pleasant addition to the business portion of the meeting was the presentation of commemorative souvenirs from BNTU to applicants. As a token of appreciation for their interest in Belarusian education, this underscores the university's appreciation for each prospective student even before admission.
The admissions campaign demonstrated sustained interest among Uzbek youth in joint educational projects. The growing number of applications, active inquiries from parents, and high applicant motivation demonstrated that the two-stage education format offered by SBUMIPTK and BNTU is in demand in the educational services market of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
