On January 18, as part of a series of scientific and methodological seminars organized at BUIIATQ for the teaching staff, a scientific and methodological seminar on motivation, organization, management and implementation of independent work of students was held. The topic of managed independent work of university students in the context of a paradigm shift in higher education, the development of distance learning technologies, the instability of the epidemiological situation, the internationalization of higher education and the development of academic mobility is currently gaining special importance. At the seminar, the main speakers were the director of BUIIATQ, Professor I. I. Gancherenok with a report "Pedagogical algorithmization of independent work " and associate professor of the Department of Psychology and Subject Methods of the state educational Institution "Minsk City Institute of Education Development" Belnitskaya Elena Aleksandrovna – "Controlled independent work of students".
