Today, September 17, a ceremony was held at BNTU to honor the winners and prize-takers of the final stage of the 12th Open Student Olympiad "Step to Innovation."
This intellectual competition brought together the best young researchers and inventors from across the country. Participants presented projects in five key categories covering a wide range of fields: "Mechanical and Instrument Engineering; Engineering Materials," "Information Technology," "Robotics and Intelligent Systems," "Energy and Energy Conservation," and "Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Resource Management."
Based on the competition results, the jury selected the winners and prize-takers. The students were awarded First, Second, and Third Degree diplomas, as well as valuable prizes from the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU).
Certificates and awards were presented to the participants by Natalia Afanasyeva, Director of the BNTU Institute of Integrated Forms of Education and Educational Monitoring.
The winners of the competition are as follows:
1. Category "Mechanical and Instrument Engineering; Engineering Materials":
First Degree Diploma — Alexandra Dorina (Kletsk Gymnasium);
Second Degree Diploma — Anna Polubinskaya (Secondary School No. 20, Borisov);
Third Degree Diploma — Mikhail Skuratov (Gymnasium No. 10, Gomel).
2. Category "Information Technology":
First Degree Diploma — Grigory Kapitonov (BNTU Lyceum);
Second Degree Diploma — Egor Zagainov (Gymnasium No. 1, Borisov);
Third Degree Diploma — Victoria Bakunovich (BNTU Lyceum).
3. Category "Robotics and Intelligent Systems":
First Degree Diploma — Artyom Artemyev (Secondary School No. 3, Ostrovets); 2nd-degree diploma — Alexandra Malakhova (Secondary School No. 9, Orsha);
3rd-degree diploma — Anatoly Gul (Gymnasium, Kletsk).
4. "Energy and Energy Conservation" category:
1st-degree diploma — Polina Aleynik (Gymnasium No. 1, Novogrudok);
2nd-degree diploma — Timofey Klimov (Secondary School No. 21, Mogilev);
3rd-degree diploma — Matvey Rusakov (National Children's Technopark).
5. "Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Natural Resource Management" category:
1st-degree diploma — Ilya Radetsky (BNTU Lyceum);
2nd-degree diploma — Alexander Matsinkevich (Gymnasium No. 10, Gomel);
3rd-degree diploma — Tatyana Dzyubich (Secondary School No. 3, Osipovichi).
