On June 17–18, Minsk hosted the 13th "Security Centre" exhibition-forum. The Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) was represented by staff from the Instrument‑Engineering Faculty, Department of Information and Measurement Engineering and Technology — Sergey Borisenko, Daniil Syomin, Yana Kolyadko, and Anastasia Pryazhko. They presented the university's educational programmes, with a strong emphasis on practical dialogue with prospective applicants and key partners.
Career Guidance for School Students
BNTU's Instrument‑Engineering Faculty staff consulted school students and their parents on admission matters. Future applicants received comprehensive information about specialisations, study conditions, and student life at the country's leading technical university.
Engagement with Security and Defence Agencies
University representatives held a meeting with officials from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, discussing enrolment for the "Technical Security Systems" specialisation. Both parties coordinated their approaches to joint personnel training.
Dialogue with Industry
During a conversation with a representative of Belaruskali, the parties addressed current issues of safety in mineral extraction. Participants exchanged experience in the field of industrial engineering protection.
BNTU's participation in the forum demonstrated that the university successfully combines career‑guidance work with strengthening partnerships in the areas of industrial and state security.
