On April 23, 2026, a group of second-year students specializing in "Customs" from the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanities visited the transport and logistics center "Belintertrans." The tour was organized and accompanied by the lecturer Elizabeth Sergeevna Babitskaya.
The event began with a brief introduction to the company: the students were told how the official logistics operator of the Belarusian Railway works, what tasks the enterprise solves, and how it interacts with customs authorities.

Then a tour of the terminal was conducted for the students. The group saw where and how cargo containers arriving from different countries, including China, are placed. Special attention was paid to the organization of the temporary storage warehouse and how goods are prepared for customs inspection. The group watched with great interest the work of reach stackers — special forklifts that move heavy containers and arrange them in the yard. The center's specialists clearly demonstrated how such machines help speed up cargo handling and prevent mistakes in storage.

The practical part of the excursion allowed the students to connect the theory they study in customs disciplines with real logistics processes. Many noted that it became much clearer how the actual cargo control takes place and how warehouses operate at checkpoints.

After completing the main program, the group summed up what they had seen. The students agreed that such field classes help better navigate the practical aspects of the specialty and make learning more visual.
