In Petrikov, employees and students of the Faculty of Mining and Environmental Engineering, together with the leadership of the Petrikovsky Mining Department and the personnel service of Belaruskali OJSC, representatives of the Educational Institution "Soligorsk Mining and Chemical College", presented an opportunity to high school students to decide on their future profession.
Alexander Pinchuk, Deputy Director of the Petrikovsky Institute of Management, and Alexey Nekhaychik, Head of the Personnel Training Department at Belaruskali, informed about the demand for mining engineers and environmentalists in the potash industry. Andrey Kologrivko, Dean of the faculty, spoke about the conditions for admission to BNTU in 2026, including on the terms of targeted training, wide distribution opportunities to enterprises of the mineral resource complex.
A pleasant highlight of the event was the speech by Vladimir Gerasimenko, director of Babunichi Secondary School, graduate of the Faculty of Mining and Environmental Engineering, who shared his personal experience of obtaining higher mining engineering education at the Belarusian National Technical University.
The event was held with the assistance of the education department of the Petrikovsky district executive committee.
