September 22, 2022 in the branch of BNTU “MGASK” within the framework of the information and educational project “School of Active Citizen” an open dialogue was held on the topic: “Pride for Belarus. An active summer for an active citizen.
The students got acquainted with the patriotic project “Memory Train”, which was attended by 200 Belarusian and Russian students, 100 from each country, who visited several cities of the two countries in 15 days. The project participants got acquainted with the main milestones of the Great Patriotic War, to which the train route was tied, meetings with veterans, visits to museums, reconstructions of military events, educational and cultural events took place.
The "Memory Train" followed the route Brest - Grodno - Vitebsk - Smolensk - Rzhev - Vyazma - Kubinka - Moscow - St. Petersburg - Veliky Novgorod - Pskov - Orsha - Mogilev - Gomel - Minsk. Arrived at the terminal station on July 3 - the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.
The guys said that they were also participants in the event dedicated to the Day of National Unity and discussed the relevance of this project.
They discussed the issues of involvement in socially useful work and obtaining labor skills in the Republic of Belarus, temporary employment of young people in accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for organizing and financing temporary employment of young people studying in educational institutions in their free time, approved by a resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.06.2010 No. 958.
The students talked about the activities of student groups, about organizing secondary employment for young people, which provides an opportunity for creative self-realization of the individual, familiarization with sports, physical culture, civic and patriotic education and socialization of young citizens.
The activities of student groups in the field of education, environmental protection, construction, agriculture, as well as in the provision of services in organizations were discussed. In addition, special emphasis was placed on the importance of interaction with student construction teams in a joint labor action for the reconstruction of the Khatyn memorial complex.
