As part of their introductory practical training, first-year students of the Department of Software for Information Systems and Technologies visited Minsk Bearing Plant OJSC.
During the tour, the students learned about the history and main areas of activity of the enterprise, the stages of bearing production, and the organization of technological processes. Representatives of the plant introduced them to modern equipment, information technologies, and automated production management systems used at the enterprise.
Particular attention was paid to the role of software and digital technologies in the operation of a modern industrial enterprise. The students had an opportunity to see how the knowledge acquired at the university can be applied to automate production processes, process data, and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.

The excursion helped the first-year students gain a broader understanding of their future professional activities, become familiar with real production processes, and acquire new knowledge as part of their introductory practical training.
We thank the employees of Minsk Bearing Plant OJSC for the interesting and informative excursion!
