IIASRP BNTU, together with the BNTU branch "Research Polytechnic Institute" (RPI), organized an internship "Modern Methods of Organizing Scientific and Innovative Activities" for a delegation from Namangan State Technical University (NamSTU).
Employees of the Naberezhnaya State Technical University's (National State Technical University) "Automation of Technological Processes" Department came to us to enhance their competencies.

The internship lasted from June 20, 2026, to July 4, 2026. Over the course of two weeks, the Uzbek scientists developed competencies for organizing and managing scientific and Innovative activities in a modern environment.
They were introduced to the university, the logistics and educational processes at BNTU, the university's research departments in general, and, in more detail, to the activities of the RPI. Uzbek scientists learned about the implementation of research results at RPI, the methodology for writing and publishing research papers in scientific journals, and the system for preparing grant support for scientific research.
Our interns worked with foundations and studied materials related to the internship topic at the BNTU Scientific Library.
In addition, representatives from the Uzbek university visited the Minsk Automobile Plant, the Minsk Tractor Plant, and the Minskkommunteploset UP, where they learned about their work.
As part of the cultural program, our guests were treated to a visit to the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War.
All internship participants successfully completed the educational program, passed the final assessment, and received personalized certificates presented by I.A. Lopina, Deputy Director of the IIASRP BNTU.
The internship was a valuable experience for Uzbek scientists, allowing them to gain new knowledge and apply it in their professional work.
