On May 21, 2026, an exciting streetball tournament took place at the sports ground near BNTU dormitory No. 8, organized by the BNTU Student Trade Union Organization. Out of four teams, three successfully passed the qualifying stages and met in the final round.
The fight for places was tense until the last seconds. The final standings were as follows:
1st place – Team "Skyline";
2nd place – Team "BSL";
3rd place – Team "Champions".
The program was not limited to official games. The trade union organization prepared a spectacular show-match, where not only players but also active fans took to the court. The "all against all" format created an atmosphere of real backyard basketball, where excitement, team spirit, and support took center stage.
A key role in organizing the tournament was played by the BNTU Student Trade Union Organization. Thanks to their coordinated work, the event ran without delays and became a comfortable space for all guests.
The tournament clearly demonstrated that street basketball at BNTU is gaining popularity. It brings together first-year and senior students, and is becoming a launching pad for new sports initiatives.
May 21 proved that streetball at BNTU is a living, evolving format where every shot is worth its weight in gold, and every team is part of the big university family.
