Today, June 24, the series of youth morning exercises continued at the stadium of the Belarusian National Technical University. The training was led by Anna Zolotova, senior lecturer in the Physical Education Department.
The sporting event brought together over 300 students, including activists from the student council, the primary organization of the BRSM public organization with the rights of the BNTU Republican Committee of Students, the primary student trade union organization, and cadets from the Military-Technical Faculty.
All exercises were performed to energetic music, setting a great rhythm. The stadium performed a synchronized warm-up: from basic bends, turns, and jumps to intense cardio and stretching exercises. The dynamic routine was specifically designed to quickly shake off the last vestiges of sleep, warm up all muscle groups, and give participants a boost of positivity for the entire day ahead.
Anetta Rakhmedova, a second-year student in the Faculty of International Cooperation, shared her impressions of the active start to the day:
– The hardest part was getting up so early, but during the workout itself, I woke up instantly, literally after the first activity! All the exercises were great and well-thought-out. As a bonus, you can improve your fitness even more and transform yourself for the summer. This format is much more exciting than just running around the stadium: we're all together, energized by each other, moving to the rhythm of the music, and the trainer demonstrates everything very energetically and clearly. Everything went perfectly.
Sports at the university aren't just about standards and tests, but above all about teamwork, health, and a great mood.
