On April 30, 2026, students of the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanization, together with lecturer Anna Fyodorovna Filimonova, visited the Republican information and educational platform "Youth Readings," dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Students of BNTU are active participants in the Youth Readings. The event took place within the walls of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and gathered students, lecturers, and researchers from all over the country.

The purpose of the readings was to commemorate the memory of the heroes of the war, as well as to discuss its historical and cultural aspects. Participants of the event were able to hear reports from leading scholars who shared their research on the impact of the war on Belarusian society and culture. Particularly interesting were the presentations by Doctor of Historical Sciences Vyacheslav Viktorovich Danilovich and Senior Researcher at the Center for Military History of Belarus, Candidate of Historical Sciences Yaroslav Petrovich Bezlepkin. They introduced the audience to little-known pages of the Great Patriotic War.
FMTG students noted the importance of such events for shaping historical memory among young people. It is not only an opportunity to learn more about our history, but also a chance to participate in discussions on current issues related to patriotism and civic consciousness.
Following the event, a discussion took place in which participants expressed their opinions and asked questions of interest. FMTG students plan to attend a number of events at their university related to the Great Patriotic War. The 'Youth Readings' became another step toward preserving historical memory and fostering patriotism among the younger generation of Belarus.
