Today, May 6, BNTU completed placements for graduates. The final procedure took place in the Faculty of Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship. We learned the most interesting details about the career prospects of young specialists majoring in "Economics and Enterprise Management" and "Business Administration."

Head of the Business Administration Department, Elena Bertosh, spoke about the high demand for BNTU graduates and the faculty's new partners:
– Of course, competition exists year after year, with a fairly large number of companies submitting applications for placements. To date, five graduates from the "Economics and Enterprise Management" major have received offers from more than ten organizations. Among them were such companies as Minsk Automobile Plant (OJSC), Minsk Tractor Plant (OJSC), Grodno Azot (OJSC), Belarusian Oil Trading House (BNTU), and many others Not all applications were approved, but all five graduates were successfully placed. This year, among others, we saw state-owned enterprises such as the Minsk Leather Production Association, with whom we are currently establishing relationships. Of particular note is the presence of Belavia Airlines, where our graduate, Arina Kolesova, will be placed. She is the face of all the major events held at our university, and this is very encouraging.

According to the department chair, most young professionals remain in the capital, but the committee always takes into account the students' wishes and residence. Furthermore, Elena Vasilyevna emphasized that this year's graduating class was truly significant for the faculty:
– This year's placement is significant for us because Nikita Drobov and Lyubov Martinovich are included in the database of talented youth of the Republic of Belarus. Given that Nikita lives in Grodno, he will be placed at Grodno Azot. Recruiters prioritize students' GPA and the list of subjects they studied during their studies. The company also conducts an interview with each graduate. This often involves not only communication but also solving various economic problems, which the graduates successfully solve. In other words, along with personal qualities, employers primarily look at the professional level of preparation.

Graduates of the "Economics and Enterprise Management" program also shared their emotions and career plans. Lyubov Martinovich, who was included in the database of talented young people, was assigned as an economist to the Belarusian Oil Trading House, a republican unitary subsidiary. She admitted that she approached the choice of her first job with the utmost responsibility:
– I personally analyzed the state-owned enterprises existing in our country, looked at their ratings, and researched information online. I also took the advice of my parents and close friends, and based on all this, I made my choice.

For Lyubov, this will be a completely new place of work. The graduate noted that she was a little nervous about the new team and the specific nature of the program, but she was completely confident in her knowledge. During her first two years as a young specialist, she plans to maximize her potential, gain new practical skills, and advance her career.

Her classmate, Yana Podgayskaya, is going to work as a specialist at Belvnesheconombank. Yana described her hiring process:
– I had numerous interviews at various companies, as state-owned enterprises were a priority, so the choice was more responsible. I was hired based on my existing portfolio and resume, as I had previously worked at other companies.

Yana is very familiar with her future workplace. She completed her pre-graduation internship there and is now successfully combining her thesis with her work. In the next two years, she wants to achieve her full potential in her current position and grow professionally in the event management industry, which is closely related to her current work. When asked if she would re-enroll in the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics if she could turn back time, Yana answered affirmatively without hesitation.

We wish BNTU graduates a successful start to their careers and great achievements!
