VR Engineering and the Future of Choice. The Moscow State University of Applied Sciences (MSF) Surprises Applicants at the Education and Career 2026 Exhibition

VR-инженерия и выбор будущего. МСФ удивляет абитуриентов на выставке «Образование и карьера – 2026»

A large-scale educational platform has once again become the epicenter of career guidance in Belarus. The 23rd specialized exhibition "Education and Career" opened in the exhibition pavilion, this year under the motto "Education for the Economy of the Future." The event brought together over 180 educational institutions and the country's leading industrial enterprises, providing a unique opportunity for direct dialogue between prospective students, the education system, and the real economy.

The Belarusian National Technical University traditionally serves as the core of the exhibition. On February 12, an interactive virtual reality zone was set up at the stand of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FME). Students from the faculty demonstrated their own developments, developed through project and research projects, to visitors. Their work clearly demonstrates that engineering today is a field of high technology, 3D modeling, and artificial intelligence.

Using VR headsets, prospective students, schoolchildren, and their parents were able to explore digital models of mechanisms, assembly simulators, and kinematic diagrams of equipment. The presentation of VR projects at the exhibition was more than just a career guidance exercise. It directly reflects the global trend toward synchronizing university research and the real economy.

Faculty representatives and senior students provided individual consultations on program areas, admission requirements for 2026, and graduate employment prospects. Visitors were particularly interested in the opportunity to directly interact with future employers: over 40 companies that hire staff are also represented at the exhibition.

The faculty thanks everyone who visited the stand, expressed interest in engineering education, and learned about the technologies that MSF students are currently mastering.
