Today, on June 17, the Belarusian National Technical University hosted a meeting with representatives of the Hunan Institute of Technology.
Traditionally, a tour of the exhibition hall of the BNTU Science and Technology Park “Polytechnic” was organized to introduce the guests the innovative developments and research potential of BNTU.
Further, negotiations and a presentation of the Belarusian National Technical University were held in the conference hall of the technopark, which was conducted by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Nikolaychik. The interests of BNTU were also represented by Sergey Karpovich, Head of the Department of Scientific and Technical Information and Marketing, and Sergey Borisevich, a specialist at the Faculty of International Cooperation.
On the part of Hunan Institute of Technology, the negotiations were conducted by Party Secretary Cao Zhilin, Director of the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation, Dean of the Faculty of International Education Lu Xiulin, Director of the Finance Department Zhao Shaoping, Dean of the Faculty of Safety and Management Hu Hong, Dean of the Faculty of Intellectual Production and Mechanical Engineering Wu Yuanzhi, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science He Xi.
The negotiations resulted in the signing of a new cooperation agreement between the Belarusian National Technical University and Hunan Institute of Technology. Within the framework of the agreement, educational institutions will develop joint projects in the fields of science and education.
At the end of the event, the parties exchanged memorable gifts and discussed the first steps of cooperation.
