The main objectives of the department are:
• ensuring timely notification and appearance of citizens subject to conscription for military service upon mobilization and who are in labor relations with them, at collection points (notification and collection) of military commissariats, state security agencies or military units;
• organizing the supply of vehicles to collection points (notification and collection) of military commissariats, state security agencies or military units in accordance with mobilization plans;
• maintaining military records of those liable for military service and conscripts, booking for the period of mobilization and wartime citizens who are in the reserve and working in the organization, assisting military commissariats and state security agencies in mobilization work.
