Возможность публикации научных работ в журналах открытого доступа для авторов из Беларуси

Международный консорциум библиотек EIFL в партнерстве с Советом библиотек Республики Беларусь по информационному взаимодействию заключил ряд соглашений с ведущими международными издательствами, на основании которых для авторов из Беларуси гарантируется отмена или снижение оплаты за обработку статей (APC – article processing charges) при их публикации в режиме открытого доступа в авторитетных научных журналах, таких как Reviews in the Neurosciences, Epidemiology & Infection, Computer Assisted Surgery, Nanocomposites и др.
