On 22.05.2026, a preventive meeting of FMS students with Sergey Olegovich Sudakevich, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Moscow District Administration of Minsk, was held in Dormitory No. 18.
At the beginning of the meeting, the students were shown an informational video about crimes related to the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogues. A special emphasis in the video was placed on court sentences: students saw how a few minutes of seemingly «easy earnings»turn into long years of imprisonment and ruined life prospects. Sergey Olegovich supplemented the material viewed with live examples from his practice, and also focused on the irreversibility of legal consequences.
– To be honest, the video was very disturbing. Now I understand that it's better to think twice before accepting any questionable offers on the internet, –shared one of the students.
The issues of dormitory rules were also addressed: maintaining order in the rooms, prohibiting the possession and consumption of alcohol, and prohibiting smoking. The students were reminded that a dormitory is not just a place for temporary accommodation, but a zone of increased responsibility with strict legal regulations.
A separate block was devoted to traffic rules. Sergey Olegovich explained to young people an important interconnection: all offenses are accumulated in a single database. This means that any minor traffic violation recorded by the traffic police forms a general portrait of a student and can lead to deportation.
At the end of the meeting, students were urged not to remain indifferent and to report violations in a timely manner. The preventive event was productive, and students received specific answers to their concerns.
