On Monday, February 2, 2026, a solemn ceremony was held to award diplomas to the master's students of the Department of Engineering Economics (the defense of their master's theses took place on January 27). Three master's students of the Department of Engineering Business received diplomas for successfully completing their part-time master's programs: Anna Ulitenok, Kristina Shkarovskaya, and Pavel Apanovich.
Irina Shvets, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (MSF), and Tatiana Sakhnovich, Head of the Department of Engineering Economics, delivered congratulatory and parting words.
– Your hard work, knowledge and dedication led you to defend your master's thesis. We were glad to teach you at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. We are sincerely glad that many of you choose the path to science and return to your native walls as graduate students. We believe that you will not only be able to make a significant contribution to the development of industrial enterprises in the Republic of Belarus, but also that you will use your example and scientific enthusiasm to help the next generations grow,” said Irina Shvets.
“This path required high levels of self-organization, perseverance, professional maturity, and the ability to balance learning with work and personal life. You have risen to this challenge with great success. Today, you are professionals who can make informed decisions, think critically, and adapt to a rapidly changing world. Thank you very much for choosing the Department of Engineering Economics, for coming all the way with us, and for making us happy,” added Tatiana Sakhnovich.
The graduates were also congratulated by Larisa Korotkevich, Associate Professor of the Department of Engineering Economics, and Olga Lavrenova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Engineering Economics.

Your new qualification is a powerful tool. Let him help you become sought-after experts, skilled practitioners, and perhaps our future colleagues. We wish you to keep moving forward. Let's set new goals together!" - Larisa Korotkevich joined the congratulations.
The graduates thanked their supervisors for their assistance and support in writing their dissertations, and expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude to the entire faculty and university staff for their organization of the educational process and the fundamental knowledge they have gained.
