Today, on September 4, a meeting with a delegation from Liaoning Province (People's Republic of China) took place at the BNTU “ Polytechnic” Science and Technology Park.
For reference: the main industries of Liaoning Province are petrochemical, metallurgical, machine-building, food, textile, pulp and paper.

The delegation included representatives of the committee of the Shenyang Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone – Fushun: Deputy Head Liu Jia, Deputy Head of the Department of Open Cooperation Cao Yang, Deputy Head of the Department of Industrial Innovation Bi Lei, Head of the Department of Attracting Investments in Science and Technology at the Investment Promotion Department Zhu Hongyu, Chief Officer of the 2nd degree of the Department of attracting investments in Science and Technology at the Investment Promotion Department Qiu Zhouen, Deputy Secretary General Zhang Chengzi, as well as Manager (translator) The Guangdong Union for International Scientific and Technical Cooperation with the CIS countries Xu Hanyu.

Negotiations on the part of Belarus were conducted by Georgy Vershina, General Director of the BNTU "Polytechnic" Science and Technology Park, Alexey Aldoshin, a specialist in foreign economic activity of the technopark, and Pavel Shirvel, Dean of the BNTU Faculty of International Cooperation.

The meeting consisted of two parts. First, the guests got acquainted with the exhibition exposition of STP "Polytechnic", where unique developments in such areas as transport, metalworking, medicine, etc. were presented.

The next stage of the meeting was negotiations aimed at establishing partnerships in the field of education. Georgy Alexandrovich made a presentation of the university and spoke about examples of international educational programs operating at BNTU.
– Today we are actively implementing the program of the advanced engineering school with Pskov University, joint programs for students of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc. They have proven their effectiveness. We also offer equally effective educational programs to students from the People's Republic of China," said Georgy Vershina.

At the end of the meeting, the parties introduced their proposals and discussed ways to implement the upcoming partnership.
