From July 29 to 31-st, a delegation of the Ministry of Education of Belarus was on a working visit to the Russian Federation. The Belarusian National Technical University was represented by its rector Sergei Kharytonchyk.
The purpose of the visit was to become familiar with the material, technical and educational laboratory facilities of Almetyevsk State Technological University "Higher School of Oil" (ASTU "HSO"), its achievements in the field of creation and operation of joint educational programs and structures, as well as successful experience of interaction with organizations of the real sector of the economy.
During the visit to the higher education institution, the guests were introduced to the advanced oil engineering school, scientific projects and educational innovations in training engineers for high-tech industries.
In addition, negotiations were held with the management of the university on the issues of joint scientific, educational, sports and cultural events with BNTU. The following issues were put up for discussion:
Following the visit, an agreement on cooperation in the field of joint training of personnel and scientific research was signed between the Belarusian National Technical University and Almetyevsk State Technological University “Higher School of Oil”.
