On the part of BNTU, the guests were received by Vice-rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Nikolaychik, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation Pavel Shirvel, head of the Belarusian Center for Scientific and Technical Cooperation with China Alexey Aldoshin, head of the Department of Scientific and Technical Information and Marketing Sergey Karpovich.
First, the Chinese delegation went to the exhibition hall of scientific developments, where the excursion was led by Alexey Aldoshin. The guests were shown innovative developments of the university and residents of the technology park, such as laser welding technologies, technologies for simplifying the blades of agricultural equipment and construction tools, products for the treatment of fractures, stands for cardiology and other medical equipment.
The meeting continued at the negotiating table. The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation in the field of education and science. During the conversation, the following areas for cooperation were highlighted: academic exchange, development of joint projects.
Then the guests went to the Faculty of Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship. The guests were met there by Dean Alexey Danilchenko, Head of the Department of Economics and Management of Innovative Projects in Industry Natalia Ponomareva, Associate Professor of the Department of Business Administration Irina Ustinovich.
Alexey Danilchenko demonstrated a presentation on the activities of the faculty and areas of work, spoke about modern approaches in teaching students and about the field of interests of scientific research.
In turn, the Chinese side expressed interest in further cooperation and the search for new areas of interaction.
At the end of the visit, the guests exchanged memorable gifts.
