Practice-oriented training of students of the joint Belarusian-Uzbek Intersectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications with further employment

Практикоориентированность подготовки студентов Белорусско-Узбекского межотраслевого института прикладных технических квалификаций с дальнейшим трудоустройством

After the presentation of the JBUIIATK, created two years ago by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-45-24 dated November 20, 2019, it was about cooperation in the field of innovation, internships for students and employment of graduates of the joint institute.

“Our goal is to train highly qualified personnel for the leading industries of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Practical training under the guidance of experienced masters is an integral part of the study, which will form the idea of a young student about the future profession,” Nasriddin Zhabbarov noted.

As a result of the negotiations, it was decided to develop and sign a memorandum of cooperation between the university and the AGMP and its partners as soon as possible.

At present, the institute already has a number of contracts for internships with subsequent employment at the largest enterprises in Uzbekistan, which were visited, among other things, by the director of JBUIIATK, Professor Igor Gancherenok.

Almalyk GMP is one of the largest mining and metallurgical enterprises in Uzbekistan, a producer of about 90% silver and 20% gold in Uzbekistan and the largest copper producer in Central Asia.
