They provide artistic, graphic and compositional training at the initial stages of architectural education.
Based on the foregoing, the department during the training of students-architects conducts targeted systematic training in the basics of fine arts.
The main directions in the educational process are orientation to geometric shapes, spatial formations. Students get acquainted with the basic principles of linear-constructive construction, develop the ability to depict three-dimensional objects on a plane, which contribute to the acquisition and development of skills in composition, in light and shade solutions, in processing hatching techniques, developing the ability for spatial thinking, mastering the laws of perspective.
Another main direction in the educational process of architects is a person. Mastering the constructive foundations of the human figure is considered a priority, since everything that is created by an architect serves society, a person, his life and recreation.
The ultimate goal of teaching drawing, painting, sculpture is the desire to develop the ability to depict architectural forms and spaces from nature, by imagination and representation.
