Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation and the expansion of relations in the field of education, scientific research between the two parties on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and effectiveness of September 21, 2018, the Cooperation Agreement of December 5, 2018, the Agreement on cooperation on the creation of a joint faculty of BNTU and TIPSEAD dated March 16, 2019 to conduct bilateral negotiations with the leadership of TIPSEAD on January 21-23, 2020, the Institute was visited by Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Transport Communications of BNTU N.V. Vishnyakov, he is also the dean of the faculty of foreign joint educational programs of the BNTU.
In order to further development in partnerships with TIPSEAD, a number of meetings and negotiations were held. On February 21, 2020, a meeting was held with the leadership of TIPSEAD. The Uzbek side was attended by Riskulov Alimjon Akhmadzhanovich - rector, Ziyaev Kamoliddin Zukhritdinovich - vice-rector for academic affairs, Nadirkhanov Ubaidulla Sabirovich - head of the international cooperation department, Vildanova Luiza Anvarovna - dean of the faculty of foreign joint educational programs BNTU-TIPSEAD. During the meeting, an exchange of opinions and analysis of the state of joint work took place, including the exchange of thoughts on the activities of the joint faculty of BNTU-TIPSEAD (undergraduate program 2 + 2).
A number of practical issues of expanding and strengthening cooperation were discussed, among them: the organization of summer camps and the organization of training and production practice of Uzbek students on the basis of BNTU and large industrial enterprises of Belarus - MAZ, MTZ, BelAZ, Amkodor, etc. Organization of teacher internships and exchanges in 2020; participation in the BNTU conference in April-November 2020 and the expansion of joint scientific research and publications; use of opportunities of distance learning forms of education; organization of webinar lectures, etc. A visit to the joint faculty of foreign educational programs of BNTU-TIPSEAD began with a meeting with students. During the meeting, N. V. Vishnyakov answered questions about the organization of the educational process at BNTU, the existing of laboratory base, the availability of the electronic database (repository) of the library, the organization and conduction of the 2020 summer school, the conditions for paying for the contract, and the organization of training and production practices, living conditions in dormitories of BNTU.
The meeting was also attended by the heads of the TIPSEAD departments “Search and design of roads” Khudoykulov Rashidbek Mansurzhanovich and “Construction and operation of roads” Urokov Aslidin Khushvaktovich, as well as associate professor of the department “Search and design of roads” Salimova Barno Dzhamalovna.
Visit of the scientific-production laboratory at the department "Construction and operation of roads". This laboratory was created in conjunction with the Committee of Roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The research and scientific work of doctoral and graduate students, as well as researches among gifted students under the guidance of teachers, is carried out in accordance with the developed plan, as part of business contracts with road enterprises. The educational process will not be effective without independent work of students in the information resource center. The TIPSEAD Information Resource Center has an impressive library database created separately for students of the TIPSEAD SOP, which contains presentations, scanned textbooks, textbooks, and material obtained from the BNTU Repository in the following disciplines: mathematics, physics, geodesy, geomorphology and geology, engineering geodesy, history of Uzbekistan, Development Strategy of the Republic, Civil Society, topographic drawing, etc.
During a meeting with students of the lyceum, the dean of the joint faculty told about the structure of the Belarusian National Technical University, educational opportunities at the university, and the holding of summer educational schools. He answered questions that interested the graduates of the lyceum.
During a meeting with the teaching staff and undergraduates of the department, a master class was held, information was provided about the ways to improve skills at the BNTU. As a result of the meeting was achieved the decision to conclude an agreement on joint research work among teachers, undergraduates and gifted students. Under the agreement, it is planned to write joint teaching aids and textbooks. A road map has been developed, in which the main paragraph has been a paragraph on the conclusion of an agreement on cooperation between the departments of “Search and design of highways” TIPSEAD and “Highways” BNTU.
During a visit to the department, negotiations were held on research and pedagogical cooperation between the departments of TIPSEAD and BNTU.
Also, during the meeting of the department, a master class was held on the theme "Features of the organization of construction during the stage-by-stage reconstruction of a multilevel transport interchange".
One of the assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the National Library of the Republic of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi, to which honor the leadership of the joint faculty organized an excursion.
The result of the stay at the faculty of foreign educational programs was the holding of the parent meeting by L. Vildanova (TIPSEAD) and N.V. Vishnyakov (BNTU). During a meeting of the deans of the joint faculty with the parents of the students of the joint faculty, issues of the educational process and methodological support were discussed. The Dean of the joint faculty of BNTU also provided detailed and comprehensive information on the Belarusian National Technical University, in particular:
- The program of educational-familiarization and educational-geodetic practices,
- Accommodation of students upon departure to summer school,
- Living conditions of students in dormitories of the BNTU,
- Terms of payment for training and utility bills,
- Availability of a library fund, sports sections,
- A swimming pool, stadiums, football fields,
- Volleyball and basketball courts,
- Student health insurance during their stay in the Republic of Belarus and many other issues.
