The admission campaign for 2026 has already ended, and if you fail to score the required number of points or pass the competition, this is not a reason to give up. There is a great opportunity to prepare well in a year and take revenge next year. That is why the Belarusian National Technical University has a preparatory department.
The main task of the preparatory department is to provide students with high—quality training for centralized testing and internal entrance tests in creative subjects. The educational program, developed taking into account the requirements for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus, allows you to purposefully study the subjects necessary for the chosen profile.
The students are trained by BNTU teachers in four fields:
engineering (physics, mathematics, Russian or Belarusian) — for those who plan to connect their lives with technical specialties;
Economics (English, Mathematics, Russian or Belarusian) — for future specialists in economics and management;
architectural (mathematics, Russian or Belarusian, drawing, drawing, composition) — for applicants who dream of becoming an architect;
architectural design (mathematics, Russian or Belarusian language, drawing, painting, composition) — for creative people seeking to work in the field of design.
Each student gets the opportunity to study in depth exactly those disciplines that will be necessary for admission to the chosen specialty.
The training at the preparatory department lasts for 8 months – from October to May. A dormitory is provided for nonresident students, which makes education accessible to applicants from different regions of Belarus.
Important! The training is provided on a paid basis. However, for citizens who have completed military service or service in the reserve, the possibility of training is provided at the expense of the republican budget. To do this, you must have recommendations from military units or border guard agencies, enroll in the year of your discharge or the year following it, and have an average grade in your education document of at least 6.
To enroll in the preparatory department, you must provide the following set of documents:
application for admission to study in the prescribed form;
originals of the educational document and its appendices;
originals of certificates of centralized testing and (or) centralized examination conducted in the Republic of Belarus in the year of admission;
a certificate of the results of the entrance examinations (for persons who passed the entrance examinations in educational institutions and did not pass the competition in the year of admission);
a medical certificate of health status in the prescribed form, issued by the state health institution at the place of residence (stay) or work (service);
documents confirming the right to benefits;
6 3×4 cm photos;
