More and more girls are breaking stereotypes and choosing engineering universities for their education. For example, Sofia, an applicant, submitted her documents to the Faculty of Mining and Engineering Ecology.
– I am a creative person, and this helps me to come up with something new or to transform the old into the actual, so the technical orientation of BNTU does not scare me at all – on the contrary, here I will be able to implement my ideas. At the faculty, there will probably be more guys than girls, but I do not see this as a problem. I am sociable and will make friends with everyone, besides, I believe that the profession does not have a gender. We had a drawing class at school and the teacher told us so interestingly about engineering that now I am completely not afraid of difficult disciplines like engineering graphics or theoretical mechanics. I'm applying for an interview as a graduate of an engineering class, and this is an opportunity for me to take a confident step into the future.
Daria, an applicant, has chosen the Belarusian National Technical University and the specialty of "Industrial Design. Industrial Design of Production Equipment." Her main goal now is to successfully pass the general competition.
Initially, she planned to pursue a degree in architecture, but she did not qualify for the targeted admission program. As a result, she decided to consider the Faculty of Management Technology and Humanization, which had received positive reviews. I immediately realized that this was exactly what I needed. Contrary to stereotypes, I am not afraid to pursue a career in engineering, and in fact, I believe it is the best decision for me. I spent a significant amount of time researching information online and attending all the open house events. In the future, I plan to not only focus on my studies but also engage in the university's social activities.
These stories are not uncommon today. Smart and ambitious applicants come seeking knowledge that will enable them to make a positive impact on the world. We are delighted that these individuals will become part of our engineering family. Submit your documents to BNTU and don't miss out on the opportunity to study at the country's leading engineering university.
