Important! When submitting documents, the presence of one of the parents is mandatory when signing study contracts with underage applicants. If the parents cannot arrive for objective reasons, then you can download the contract, sign it on your part, but do not fill out the remaining sections.

When can I apply?

Documents for participation in the competition for places on tuition fees are submitted from July 12 to August 1, 2026. The admissions office is open from 09:00 to 18:00 without lunch.

The document submission monitoring starts at 09:00 on July 12. With it, applicants will be able to monitor the admission process in real time. On the last day of admission, July 17, the monitoring information will be updated until 17:00, while the entrance to the building will be carried out until 18:00.

For more information about the terms and conditions for accepting documents in 2026, please visit the website of the admissions committee.

Where to go to apply

Applications are processed and documents are submitted at 65 Nezavisimosti Ave. (main academic building of BNTU).

If the applicant has registered in the RIKZ electronic queue, he should go to the 501 auditorium.

Also, for the first time, BNTU has organized an internal electronic queue as a way to regulate the live queue on the days of receiving documents from applicants. After registering in the BNTU electronic queue, the applicant must go to the assembly hall and wait for an invitation to apply for documents in one of the classrooms. Full information about the electronic queue is provided at the link.

After filling out the registration form and an application addressed to the rector of BNTU, you need to go to the admission committee of the faculty where admission is planned (the audience will be informed upon registration). That's where you'll need to hand over the prepared package of documents.

After the documents are submitted and the receipt is in hand, the applicant must go to the foyer of the academic building No. 5 and take a picture.

How is the passing score formed?

The passing grade is an important criterion in the selection of applicants. It is set individually for each specialty, and the higher the scores scored by the applicant, the higher his chances of admission.

The passing score is formed based on the sum of the average score of the certificate multiplied by 10 and the sum of the points on the certificates of CE and CT of applicants who have applied for this specialty (specialization) or a group of specialties (profile), taking into account the admission control figures.

The BNTU also receives applicants with benefits who can go to the budget regardless of the competition on a general basis due to the available advantages.

In addition to passing scores, there are also semi-passing ones. For example, if the passing score for a specialty is 250 and five applications have been submitted with this result, but there are only three places, the admissions committee decides on enrollment individually. For this purpose, the criteria of preferential enrollment are used.

You can find out what the passing score will be in the year of admission only after the end of the admission campaign of the same year.

We recommend that you keep up-to-date information about submitted documents for the specialties of interest by monitoring the submission. You can also pick up and re-apply for another specialty if you have doubts about whether there are enough points to enroll in the desired specialty. In this case, you can consider applying to a related specialty with a lower passing score or consider paying tuition. Please note that the documents can only be resubmitted until 18:00 on July 17, 2026. After 18:00 on July 17, 2026, the building will be closed for entry and admissions offices will work only for accepting documents.

In many faculties, the competition is organized according to a group of specialties. When submitting documents, it is possible to mark all the specialties of the group in the application. For example, if there are three specialties in the group and the applicant does not pass the points for the first desired one, the documents are automatically considered in the competition for the next specialty in accordance with the specified priorities. If the situation repeats with the second specialty, then the documents are considered in the competition for the third specialty. If the applicant does not pass the competition for the third specialty, then he does not enter the university at all.

It is possible to participate in the competition in a group of specialties (specializations) only at one faculty.

Applicants, we look forward to seeing you tomorrow! We wish you success in enrolling at BNTU and joining the ranks of students at the country's leading technical university!
