As the admissions campaign approaches, applicants have more questions and can't find answers. Therefore, we'll address some frequently asked questions.
— When can I sign up to submit my documents?
Starting July 6, 2026, applicants can use the "Electronic Queue for Submitting Documents to the Admissions Committee of a Higher Education Institution." The process is completed through the CE/CT participant's personal account on the RIKZ website. This allows applicants to pre-book a convenient date and time to visit the Admissions Committee by selecting the university, faculty, and major.
Important! This service is available to applicants submitting documents during the main admissions campaign deadlines. The number of spots available is limited. It is also only available to CE/CT participants in the 2025 and 2026 classes. Details about the electronic queue can be found on the RIKZ website.
For the first time, BNTU has also implemented an internal electronic queue to manage the live queue during applicant visits. Full information about the online queue is available at the link.
— Do I need to indicate the names of my specialties in the medical certificate included with my application? How many?
Yes, listing my specialties is mandatory. You cannot apply for a specialty that is not listed in the doctor's report. To avoid problems if you need to change your choice, it is recommended that you ask your doctor to list several specialties of interest at once or indicate your suitability for studying at BNTU in general.
— When does the application process for distance learning begin?
Applications for distance learning will begin from July 12 to July 17, funded by the budget, and will continue until August 1, subject to payment. More information about admission requirements can be found on the BNTU Admissions Committee website.
— Is it possible to transfer to BNTU from another university?
Applicants may transfer no earlier than after the end of their first academic year to another higher education institution, to a different major, or to a different mode of study (from full-time to part-time or vice versa), subject to availability. For more information, please contact the dean's office of the faculty to which you wish to transfer.
— Is it possible to receive dormitory accommodation outside of your first year?
Dormitory accommodation is available to all out-of-town students during their first year of study. Dormitory accommodation in subsequent years depends on several factors, including good academic performance, adherence to dormitory rules, and the availability of benefits. Active scientific, social, athletic, and cultural activities may also be considered. For questions about accommodation, please contact the dean's office of your faculty.
— When is the next Open Day?
