BNTU hosted a beautification week organized by the trade union organization of BNTU students. Spring is a time when the university grounds especially need attention: snow and last year's leaves need to be removed, and the lawns tidied up, so that the campus welcomes the new season looking well-groomed and refreshed.

The cleanup began near the main building of the BNTU, where students began cleaning up and set the overall pace of the campaign. Over the course of three days, activists from the BNTU student union organization began to improve the campus, gradually covering more and more areas. The next logical step was to clean the dormitories, where students cleaned up the yards, took care of the lawns, removed the garbage, and made the area around their dormitories even more well-maintained.

For many participants, this was not just a labor action, but an opportunity to show concern for the place where they spend a significant part of their student life.

Dmitry Kushner, the chairman of the trade union organization of students of the FITR, emphasized the importance of such initiatives:
— We walk along these paths every day, live in these dormitories, and use this territory. If we don't take care of the territory where we live and study, who will do it? Landscaping is a sign of respect for ourselves, for others, and for the university.

Beautification Week once again demonstrated that BNTU students are not passive when it comes to the space where they live and study. By joining forces, the young people made the university cleaner, more welcoming, and filled it with the true energy of student initiative.
