ICF students visited the Minsk Zoo

Студенты ФМС посетили Минский зоопарк

On July 24 students of the preparatory department visited the Minsk Zoo with their teacher Kalinina M.A.

This activity was not only an exciting adventure, but also a useful language practice. During the trip, students expanded their vocabulary by learning the names of animals and the rules of conduct in the zoo; they practiced communication by asking questions to staff and visitors; they strengthened their orientation skills, bought tickets at the ticket office, searched for the necessary pavilions, and explained the way to each other.

The students actively took photos of different animals and shared their impressions with their friends. All students say that this trip was very exciting and fun, and now they know how to ask where the bears live or how to buy an ice cream. Such activities help to overcome the language barrier, understand Belarusian culture better and make learning Russian more natural and memorable.
