Delegation of Xuyanhuaki Technological Vocational Institute visited BNTU

Today, August 29, the Belarusian National Technical University hosted a visit of a delegation from the Xuyanhuaki Technological Vocational Institute (People's Republic of China). The purpose of the visit was the opening of a joint educational program in the specialty "mechatronics".

Present at the meeting as PRC representatives were:

• Feng Wenli, Secretary of the Party Committee;
• Sun Yanbin, Head of the Department of Information Technology;
• Dong Lun, Head of the Institute of Cultural and Media Studies;
• Wang Xiaoshu, director of the Institute of Continuing Education;
• teacher Xu Jiazhen;
• “Houpu” representatives Wu Minshuang, Dan Shengtao, Zhou Jing, Gao Huan;
• Director of the Eurasian Development Company Hou Yabo.

The interests of the Belarusian National Technical University were represented by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yuri Nikolaychik, Dean of the Faculty of International Cooperation (FIC) Pavel Shirvel, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Robotics Andrei Avsievich, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Anastasia Arabey, Leading Specialist of the FIC Sergei Borisevich, and Specialist of the Dean's Office of the FIC Xu Jing.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the details of the implementation of the joint educational program on mechatronics - a project that will be a great impetus for scientific and technological development of the countries, as well as provide opportunities for students and university staff to gain international experience. The opening ceremony of the program and signing of the agreement took place.

The parties plan to continue close and fruitful cooperation.
