02/15/2024 in the hostel No. 15 of BNTU the «Culinary battle – 2024» was held
Teams of students took part in the culinary duel, who had to prepare their own «masterpiece» of cooking within the allotted time.
The teams participating were very diverse, as both teams of exclusively girls and teams of boys participated.
Some statistics: there are almost equal numbers of male and female chefs in the food industry. But among the chefs there is patriarchy, because there are only 20% of female chefs.
Most restaurant visitors trust male chefs more, who, in their opinion, are more responsible and disciplined.
Also, at the culinary duel there was a competitive program, in which all those present from the audience could take part, and subsequently gifts awaited them.
After the time had passed, the teams participating in the competition presented their prepared dishes to the jury members, who evaluated each prepared dish of the teams.
The winners were determined and received their prizes. Everyone was happy, everyone could treat themselves to the prepared dishes.
