The main stage of the 2026 admissions campaign – the acceptance of documents for studies funded by the national budget – begins on Sunday, July 12.
To create a comfortable environment, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Republican Institute of Education and Science (RIEC) have introduced the "Electronic Queue for Submitting Documents to the Admissions Committee of a Higher Education Institution." Starting July 6, 2026, you can reserve a date and time to submit documents to the Admissions Committee of a higher education institution using this service through your personal account for the Centralized Examination/Centralized Testing (CE/CT) on the RIEC website.
Important! This service is available to applicants who submit documents during the main admissions campaign deadlines. The number of spots available for this service is limited. It is also only available to CE/CT participants in the 2025 and 2026 classes. Details about the electronic queue can be found on the RIEC website.
On the day of application submission, applicants registered for the service come to room 501 of the BNTU main academic building (65 Nezavisimosti Ave.) with a full set of documents and a coupon received on the RIKZ website. There, they complete an application and then take it and the remaining documents to the Admissions Office of their chosen faculty.
Starting July 12, 2026, BNTU will introduce its own electronic queuing system for the first time. This innovation is not an online pre-registration system, but a way to manage the "live" queue of applicants on the day of their visit.
Applicants who have not registered for the RIKZ service enter the BNTU main academic building, take a coupon from the touch panel, and proceed to the assembly hall on the third floor, where they wait to be called to a specific room, observing the information board. After being invited to the auditorium, applicants complete an application and then proceed with the complete application package to the auditorium where the Admissions Office of their chosen faculty is located.
Therefore, pre-registering online through the RIKZ allows applicants to choose a convenient time in advance and avoid lengthy waits in a live queue. Those who choose not to use this service can submit their documents directly to BNTU through the internal electronic visitor distribution system. We wish you successful admission!
