Tomorrow, July 1, the Belarusian National Technical University will begin issuing centralized testing certificates. Certificates can be picked up at the BNTU main building at 65/1 Nezavisimosti Avenue. Certificates for the 2026 and 2025 centralized testing exams will be issued from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including weekends on July 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, and 26).
According to Resolution No. 714 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 6, 2006 (as amended on March 5, 2026), to pick up your certificates, you must have the following:
Identity document;
Education document (certificate of general secondary education, or diploma of vocational education, or diploma of secondary specialized education);
A pass with the "test passed" stamp, which will be confiscated upon certificate issuance.
If the pass is lost, an application must be submitted on-site to obtain a certificate.
If the applicant is unable to attend, the certificate may be collected by the minor's legal guardian or the applicant's representative.
To obtain a certificate, the legal representative of a minor applicant must present the following:
a copy of their identity document;
a document confirming their status as the legal guardian;
a copy of the applicant's identity document;
an applicant's educational qualification (a certificate of general secondary education, or a diploma of vocational education, or a diploma of secondary specialized education).
To obtain a certificate, the applicant's representative must present the following:
a copy of their identity document;
a power of attorney executed in accordance with the procedure established by civil law;
a copy of the applicant's identity document;
an applicant's educational qualification (a certificate of general secondary education, or a diploma of vocational education, or a diploma of secondary specialized education).
