All about the rules and restrictions. A reminder for participants of the Centralized Exam and Centralized Testing

Все о правилах и запретах. Памятка участнику ЦЭ и ЦТ

Tomorrow, May 26, the entrance examinations – the centralized exam and centralized testing – begin in Belarus. To ensure a smooth testing period, it's important to understand the rules in advance: what you need to bring and how to behave in the classroom.

When are the Centralized Exam and Centralized Testing

The centralized exams for 11th-graders will be held on May 26 and May 29. Centralized testing will be held on June 2 and June 5. Reserve days: June 18 (Centralized Testing), June 20 (Centralized Testing + Centralized Exam), and June 22 (Centralized Testing + Centralized Exam).

What you need to bring

When going to the exam location, be sure to check that you have the necessary documents and belongings. For the Centralized Examination and Centralized Testing (CET), you must have the following with you:

  • a completed and registered entry pass;
  • an identity document (passport, identification card, residence permit, or refugee certificate), or a certificate if lost;
  • a pen – gel or capillary with black ink;
  • a calculator – only for the Chemistry and Physics exam or test. Only a simple, single-line calculator capable of arithmetic operations, percentage calculations, reciprocal calculations, sign changes, and operations with a single memory cell is permitted.
  • You must also wear business attire.

Important! You must arrive at the entrance examination center no later than 30 minutes before the start. Anyone arriving late after opening the pedagogical test packet will not be admitted to the classroom.

Classroom Order

When receiving your exam materials, please ensure that the answer sheet number matches the pedagogical test version number, and then write the number on your entry pass.

Leaving the classroom during the test is permitted only for a valid reason and only when accompanied by the organizer. The time of absence is included in the total time of the exam or testing.

Upon completion of the test, you must return your answer sheet, exam materials, and worksheets.

Prohibited Activities

The most important part of the checklist is the list of prohibited activities in the classroom and at the exam station. This list includes:

  • Bringing or using any items in the classroom other than those listed above;
  • Carrying communication devices, computers, photographic, audio, or video equipment, reference materials on any medium, written notes, or other devices for receiving, storing, or transmitting information;
  • Switching seats or exam materials, or relying on assistance from others;
  • Taking or exchanging objects with other participants;
  • Entering information into the answer sheet after the allotted time;
  • Photographing exam materials;
  • Remove examination materials, notes, and written materials from the auditorium and the testing center;
  • Move around the testing center without being accompanied by a teaching staff member;
  • Falsify data in the answer form registration area;
  • Use obscene language on answer forms.

Please note that answer forms containing obscene language or other intentional violations of the procedure will not be processed; in such cases, a certificate will not be issued.

Participants who violate the requirements of the Central Examination will be removed from the auditorium. A retake is only possible in August, after the admissions campaign for higher education institutions has concluded.

Reserve Days

Applicants who fail to appear for testing or are excused from participating for a documented, valid reason (illness or other circumstances beyond their control) have the right to take the test on reserve days, after first re-registering at one of the designated locations.

Enjoy a stress-free exam day, and you'll be pleased with your results. Good luck!
