Branch of BNTU "Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel in Management and Development of Personnel" (IIASRP BNTU) organized an internship entitled "Modern Technologies for the Design, Construction, and Operation of Highways and Artificial Structures" for representatives of the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.
The internship took place from April 18 to 30, 2026, at the Department of Highways of the Faculty of Transport Communications of the Belarusian National Technical University.
For two weeks, Inomjon Gulyamovich Ganiev, Head of the Department of Road Engineering, and Rovshan Tursinovich Bobozhonov, Associate Professor of the Department of Road Engineering, enhanced their competencies.
The Uzbek scientists learned about the main areas of research and the organization of the educational process at the Department of Highways of the Faculty of Transport Communications of the Belarusian National Technical University. They also explored the department's collaboration with international universities and the implementation of research results in road construction companies.
They exchanged experiences with leading instructors in specialized subjects, learned about modern pedagogical technologies used in teaching specialized courses, and explored the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process at BNTU. They also attended lectures by leading professors from the Departments of Highways and Bridges and Tunnels related to the internship topic.
They collected materials for teaching specialized subjects, reviewed best practices in organizing research and training laboratories, and explored the teaching of road design, construction, and operation.
The internship participants successfully completed the educational program, passed the final assessment, and received personalized certificates presented by Nikolai Mikhailovich Selivonchik, Director of IIASRP BNTU.
