The conference of the primary trade union organization of students was held at BNTU

Конференция первичной профсоюзной организации студентов прошла в БНТУ

 Today, on April 17, the conference of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers was held at the Belarusian National Technical University. The conference was attended by 37 delegates, representatives of all trade union organizations of the university's students.

The event was also attended by Timur Matyushinets, Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work at BNTU, Oksana Vasilevich, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, Tatyana Rubanik, Head of the Department for Work with Higher Education Institutions of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, and Irina Vakhtina, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of BNTU Employees. 

 The following issues were discussed at the conference: 

the report of the Trade Union Committee of the Primary Trade Union Organization of BNTU Students for 2025;

report of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students for 2025;

approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of revenues and expenses of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students;

change of the composition of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students;

change of the composition of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students;

election of the chairman of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization;

The implementation of the Agreement between BNTU and the primary trade union organization of BNTU students for the second half of 2025. 

In addition, three key reports were presented, reflecting the results of the activities of the trade union committee and the audit commission for the reporting period of 2025.

The first report, dedicated to the report of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students, was presented by Maxim Kulik, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of BNTU students. In his speech, he presented a detailed analysis of the organization's activities aimed at protecting the socio-economic interests of students and developing their professional and personal qualities.

The second report, dedicated to the 2025 audit report of the BNTU Students' Trade Union Board, was presented by Alexander Misuno, Chairman of the Audit Board. He shared the results of the audit of the organization's financial activities, emphasizing the transparency and efficiency of the use of the trade union budget funds.

Next, Galina Grin, the chief accountant of the BNTU Students' Trade Union, presented a report on the implementation of the BNTU Students' Trade Union's income and expenditure estimates. 

The next item on the agenda was the change in the composition of the trade union committee of the BNTU Students' Trade Union. As a result, nine members were elected to the trade union committee: 

Dmitry Milosh from the MTF Students' Trade Union;

Miriya Nikitina from the FMMP Students' Trade Union;

Polina Belyakovich from the EF Students' Trade Union;

from the PO of FTUG students - Yana Smagina;

from the PO of IPF students - Valery Nedbal'sky;

from the PO of AF students - Alexey Lasitsky;

from the PO of SF students - Evgeny Shaforostov;

from the PO of PSF students - Vladislav Rebekevsha;

from the PO of STF students - Angelina Selyuk.

 Valery Kashansky and Egor Sychevich were also elected to the audit committee, and Alina Alyokhina became its chairman. 

Maxim Kulik gave the final report. He noted the implementation of the Agreement between the Belarusian National Technical University and the primary trade union organization of BNTU students. 

 At the end of the event, the PPO of BNTU students awarded honorary diplomas, certificates, and commendations, and the results of the competition among the faculties for the best performance of students, the number and quality of events, and the personal contribution of each faculty were announced.

 The following winners were recognized: 

First place was awarded to the Faculty of Automotive Engineering and the Faculty of Mining and Ecology;

second place — Faculty of Information Technology and Robotics, Faculty of Energy Engineering and Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy;

third place — Faculty of Instrument Engineering and Faculty of Transport Communications.
